a matter of life and choice
created for the Spring 2025 Peace Conference, this project explores the politically polarized topic of abortion through unbiased, empathetic design. the goal was to represent both the pro-life and pro-choice perspectives equally, using visual storytelling to foster understanding and respect across differing beliefs. this project was riso-printed the following semester. what i was working with // a polarizing, emotionally charged topic with the goal of representing both sides with empathy and honesty what stuck with me // neutral design doesn’t mean emotionless — empathy can (and should) live in layout what came out of it // a riso-printed poster series that sparked conversations and held space for multiple viewpoints this project was selected for exhibition and presentation at the spring 2025 Peace Conference.
