personal branding: a touch of flight
developed as a personal branding project, this system explores how motion, typography, and identity can coexist to express individuality and design philosophy. the brand reflects a balance between structure and emotion — where minimalism meets meaning. the project began with a custom logotype inspired by fluid motion and typographic form, designed to represent adaptability and creative intuition. this identity expanded into a complete visual system that spans digital, print, and motion — each piece reinforcing the idea that design, like the self, is always evolving. what i was working with // a self-initiated branding system that combined motion, print, and tactile design. i started with a typographic concept that evolved into a full visual identity — something expressive and deeply personal, but also structured enough to function as a professional design system. experimentation played a key role, blending analog and digital mediums to create a multidimensional brand. what stuck with me // this project taught me how identity is never static — it moves, changes, and grows with experience. exploring nontraditional mediums like burning, engraving, and cricut work grounded the brand in process and materiality. it reminded me that design doesn’t have to stay digital; it can exist through touch, craftsmanship, and imperfection. what came out of it // a comprehensive brand system that captures both motion and emotion. the deliverables included animation, packaging, print, and digital identity, all built from a unified philosophy of design as movement. this project became the blueprint for how i present myself as a designer — adaptable, intuitive, and always evolving. this branding suite became a foundation for my professional identity, extending across portfolio materials, digital platforms, and physical pieces, all unified through consistent motion, typography, and tone. link to animation: https://vimeo.com/1124754652?share=copy
